Job overview

The Day Treatment Qualified Professional role is onsite in Lincolnton, NC. Compensation is $27–$35 per hour. Rockwell Development Center provides day treatment services and school-based interventions for children and students. The role coordinates group discussions and services that support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs. It also manages client plans, assessments, authorizations, case management, documentation, and coordination with families, providers, and community supports.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate group discussions, meetings, and workshops
• provide school-based interventions
• complete and update crisis plans
• submit service authorization requests
• develop and revise Person-Centered Plans and monitor progress
• consult with providers and engage community and natural supports
• complete functional needs assessments
• support de-escalation and mediation
• prepare meeting materials and follow up with students
• perform case management and service coordination
• maintain confidentiality and complete required documentation
• report incidents and suspected abuse or neglect as specified.
