The Parents Network Manager

The Parents Network Manager role is remote and may be based anywhere in the United States, with a salary range of $95,000–$110,000 annually. The role supports ParentsTogether’s community of bereaved and impacted survivor parents and reports to the Director of Online Safety. The manager leads the network’s support and advocacy work, helping parents access resources and participate in policy, corporate accountability, and communications efforts. The role builds trauma-informed support infrastructure and coordinates with parents, partners, funders, and internal teams to advance safer online environments.

What you'll do

• Manage The Parents Network program and contractors
• oversee member intake and individual and group check-ins
• connect members with mental health resources, grief counseling, and peer support
• manage partner and funder relationships
• maintain trauma-informed, culturally responsive support and coordinate interventions when needed
• develop advocacy training and coordinate parent participation
• prepare parents for media, public speaking, and testimony
• collaborate with communications, policy, and campaigns teams
• track program data and metrics.
