Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Sarasota, FL; compensation is not specified. The specialist gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, reviews case management practices, and develops quality improvement strategies. This work helps monitor outcomes, support compliance, and improve the timeliness, accessibility, quality, and effectiveness of services for children and families.

What you'll do

• Provide quality assurance services through quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis
• assure compliance with applicable laws, contracts, accreditation standards, and policies
• conduct case management reviews and related consultations
• participate in peer reviews as requested
• help maintain data collection and tracking systems
• cross-train, coach, and support team members
• translate analysis recommendations into training tools
• and contribute to systems analysis, evaluation, and redesign.
