Building Services Engineer

What you'll do

• Assist senior leadership with short- and long-term planning
• manage installation, operation, and maintenance of building services
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• lead building and grounds maintenance and repair
• coordinate utilities, continuity planning, and resilience strategy
• monitor risks and corrective actions
• develop risk and continuity documentation
• provide training and technical support
• manage building leases and inspections
• oversee department budgets and labor forecasts
• read electrical and mechanical schematics
• troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and piping components
• maintain maintenance records, inventories, and reports.
