The Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic Registered Nurse Coordinator position is onsite in Knoxville, TN, at University Pulmonary & Critical Care within UT Medical Center. This work supports organized care for patients with pulmonary hypertension and other pulmonary conditions in the office and clinical setting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate outpatient Pulmonary Hypertension clinic processes
• develop and implement protocols
• coordinate prescription management and inpatient-to-outpatient transitions
• coordinate nursing and staff education across outpatient and inpatient settings
• and serve as PHA National Program and Committee Representative and PHAR Program Manager.
