Production Line Operator – Second Shift

The Production Line Operator role is onsite in Conover, NC, on a Monday–Friday second-shift schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.; some Saturdays may be required. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with an opportunity to reach $20.30 per hour within 90 days. The role joins SourceNow’s manufacturing team. The operator supports production by packaging rolled material, preparing boxes and pallets, inspecting product, and maintaining safe, clean operations. The rotating position provides opportunities to learn multiple production areas, including bagger and forklift operation.

What you'll do

• Package rolled material into boxes and palletize finished product
• build boxes and prepare shipments
• inspect products and packaging
• remove and reprocess defective bags and bales
• operate a bagger producing 60-pound bales of Hydro Mulch
• operate a forklift after training
• meet production goals
• perform light preventive maintenance
• maintain a clean production area
• follow safety and quality procedures.
