What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles
• build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other sourcing strategies
• partner with hiring managers on role requirements and timelines
• conduct initial technical screenings
• maintain candidate communication and ATS records
• coordinate offer management with hiring managers and HR.
