Home Health Aide (HHA) — In-Home Care

What you'll do

• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in condition
• provide safety oversight, personal care, mobility support, companionship, and emotional support
• escort clients to appointments, errands, or community activities
• provide light housekeeping, laundry, household organization, meal planning, and preparation
• shop for groceries and run errands.
