Production Operator — First Shift

The Production Operator — First Shift role is onsite in Millbury, MA, with compensation of $22–$25 per hour. Barrday develops advanced material solutions for composite and protective markets. This role operates manufacturing equipment and processes safely and efficiently to meet production and quality targets. It supports production through material staging, process monitoring, quality checks, equipment troubleshooting, packaging, and coordination with quality, engineering, and research and development teams.

What you'll do

• Start, operate, clean, and shut down manufacturing equipment according to procedures
• stage materials and maintain inventory
• follow test procedures and chemical handling requirements
• enter production data
• monitor quality and processes
• troubleshoot equipment
• package finished products
• report progress and changeovers
• maintain clean, safe work areas.
