Field Training Specialist

What you'll do

• Deliver hands-on, in-person, team-meeting, and virtual training
• train teams on systems, tools, and job skills
• support stores before, during, and after training implementations
• develop and update guides, SOPs, and handbooks
• track attendance, effectiveness, and learner progress
• support Management-in-Training and leadership development programs
• coach learners and managers
• partner with HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and senior leaders
• audit, coach, and collaborate on company standards and effectiveness
• travel frequently to support regional training needs.
