What you'll do

• Provide guest service consistent with the casino’s Service Commitment
• process cash, chips, slot machine tickets, check cashing, card advances, and voucher redemptions
• enroll guests in the rewards program and maintain player information
• explain promotions, events, and amenities
• participate in marketing promotions and casino events
• balance cash drawers and complete paperwork
• and follow attendance, regulatory, department, and company policies.
