What you'll do

• Manage assigned personnel, including commercial drivers, loaders, and maintenance employees
• oversee transportation, transload, and maintenance operations
• ensure compliance with safety protocols and applicable regulations
• coordinate customer operational changes with dispatch and leadership
• support maintenance planning and facility functions
• review payroll and paid time off
• prepare reports
• respond to and investigate safety events
• maintain facilities
• manage employee drug-screening processes
• travel occasionally with overnight stays.
