What you'll do

• Provide individual psychotherapy

• maintain caseload and continuity of care

• train staff on screening tools and assessment practices
• support referrals and client engagement
• coordinate with residential and day habilitation teams
• provide crisis intervention and stabilization
• complete accurate records and follow applicable standards.
