The Residential Direct Support Professional, Behavioral Health role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA; compensation is not specified. PATH’s BHID Specialized Residential Service provides support in homes and the community as part of the organization’s mission to help individuals achieve more independent and fulfilling lives. The role provides supervision, structure, skill training, and therapeutic support to service participants in coordination with the integrated clinical services team. It helps maintain a safe, supportive environment while following each participant’s individual support plan and needs.

What you'll do

• Supervise residents according to their integrated individual support plans
• maintain supportive therapeutic relationships
• understand participants’ service plans, histories, medications, needs, and accommodations
• model appropriate boundaries and effective communication
• maintain clear expectations and a safe, supportive environment
• assist with crisis management, CPR/First Aid, and mobility needs as required.
