Manager-in-Training — Apartment Property Management

What you'll do

• Assist current and prospective residents
• support leasing and verify applications in line with Fair Housing guidelines
• assist with staff training and sales techniques
• lead rent collection and manage delinquent accounts
• contribute to budget management
• maintain resident records and process payments
• oversee accounting functions and deposits
• conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• act as Property Manager in their absence.
