Branch Manager

Job overview

The Branch Manager role is based in the Concord, North Carolina branch and supports technical sales teams in North and South Carolina. Compensation is $140,000–$190,000 per year. The role’s mission is to manage the outside technical sales team and grow sales and gross margin against annual branch goals. The manager leads sales performance, develops and supports team members, and works alongside the technical sales team on account opportunities. The role monitors sales and margin measures, manages budgets, and coordinates resources to advance opportunities and strengthen branch results.

• Manage and coach the outside technical sales team

• recruit, hire, and develop talent
• train employees on Action Selling practices
• monitor expenses

• support account-level sales opportunities and team development.
