The role reports to the Property Manager and supports Flagship Communities’ property maintenance work. The supervisor leads crews performing concrete, asphalt, and sealcoating work to maintain roads and related property infrastructure. The role contributes by coordinating repairs, equipment and materials, and safe work practices for residents and the property.

What you'll do

• Lead concrete, blacktop, and sealcoating crews
• perform cement and asphalt road maintenance, sidewalk and curb repairs, and assist with hot patching and road overlays
• operate vehicles and equipment to haul materials and account for materials used
• maintain equipment
• use power and hand tools
• perform heavy manual tasks in varied weather
• observe health and safety guidelines.
