What you'll do

• Lead buy- and sell-side financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, working capital, and net debt analysis
• analyze target financials and accounting policies
• support transaction execution and post-close considerations
• advise on transaction-related accounting
• prepare reports and presentations
• manage data room activities and client requests
• assess forecasts and business plans
• maintain client relationships
• collaborate with audit, tax, and advisory teams.
