What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services
• communicate policies and monitor staff practices
• evaluate nursing personnel
• participate in management meetings and QAPI or facility assessments as needed
• ensure appropriate staffing and quality care
• collaborate with interdisciplinary partners
• oversee schedules, recruitment, education, infection control, budgets, surveys, corrective actions, and resident incidents
• may provide direct nursing care
• act administratively in the Administrator’s absence.
