Construction Project Manager

The project manager oversees capital projects through design, construction, implementation, and closeout. The role coordinates contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders while managing schedules, budgets, change orders, quality, safety, risks, and project reporting.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and documentation
• oversee new construction, renovations, facility improvements, and MEP infrastructure
• review scopes and changes
• manage change orders
• coordinate project teams and contractors
• lead progress meetings
• monitor financial performance and risks
• support quality and safety
• and verify closeout deliverables.

Why this role

Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and approximately five or more years of construction or project management experience, including experience with new construction, renovations, MEP infrastructure, schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination. OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it within 120 days is required.
