What you'll do

• Perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound examinations
• prepare patients, explain procedures, and support patient comfort and safety
• operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
• analyze and document findings in medical records
• follow quality, safety, and infection-control protocols
• keep current through continuing education. The listing requires at least one year of sonographer experience and 10 months of clinical cardiac and/or vascular ultrasound experience, and is open to recent graduates who meet the other qualifications.
