The Experienced In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in a private residence in Franklin, TN. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking consistent, hands-on care for a client with extensive personal-care needs and high fall risk. The caregiver provides personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, and attentive safety supervision while following the individualized care plan. Reliable, engaged support helps protect the client’s dignity, comfort, and safety throughout each scheduled shift.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• follow approved transfer procedures and care-plan instructions
• maintain fall-prevention awareness and supervise mobility
• report falls, near falls, injuries, and changes in condition
• complete accurate electronic documentation
• and provide companionship and assigned housekeeping support. Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m.
