What you'll do

• Greet patients and build rapport in person and by phone
• screen and answer calls
• verify therapy insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities
• manage referrals and prescriptions
• scan insurance and identification documents
• collect payments, provide receipts, balance daily collections, and submit charges
• maintain a clean and welcoming clinic and sanitize spaces according to CDC guidelines.
