What you'll do

• Serve as a customer-facing liaison for the dealership
• maintain parts product knowledge
• prepare parts counter tickets accurately
• follow up on orders and confirm delivery timing for non-stock items
• review special orders and pricing with the Parts Manager
• deliver parts when necessary
• communicate customer information changes to the Parts Manager and Accounting
• follow safety procedures.
