The role also supervises and develops team members and handles store, cash, inventory, and reporting activities.

What you'll do

• Supervise sales team work activities and schedules
• train and onboard new and seasonal team members
• ensure compliance with store policies and merchandising standards
• greet customers, answer phones, provide information, and resolve escalated issues
• receive and unload orders
• operate registers and store computers
• handle cash and prepare deposits
• stock shelves and take inventory
• maintain store cleanliness and displays
• serve as keyholder with opening and closing responsibilities
• prepare sales, month-end, and payroll reports
• support shrink prevention.
