What you'll do

• Serve as primary point of contact for airline partners

• monitor equipment inventories
• coordinate catering operations for on-time departures
• partner with cross-functional teams for menu and service changes
• champion compliance with FDA, HACCP, and safety standards
• monitor customer performance metrics
• coordinate audits and business reviews
• analyze flight attendant feedback and delay trends
• support culinary presentations
• track quality performance metrics
• manage customer-owned inventory
• lead special customer projects.
