Lead Catcher — Remote, WA, OR, or CA

What you'll do

• Manage inbound inquiries and outbound outreach to new, aged, and previously canceled leads
• follow outreach standards and engagement workflows
• confirm customer interest, appointment details, and qualification requirements
• validate appointments booked through automated tools
• meet lead-to-appointment conversion and responsiveness targets
• coordinate with Regional Sales Coordinators and Household Sales Representatives
• maintain accurate Salesforce or similar customer records and document communications and outcomes in real time.
