What you'll do

• Lead branch sales, service, staffing, training, and customer satisfaction
• manage branch profit and loss, expenses, revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators
• drive customer retention, portfolio growth, technician utilization, efficiency, and employee engagement
• recruit, hire, train, and develop employees
• oversee service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• resolve customer concerns
• collaborate across departments
• travel to other branch and corporate locations as needed.
