What you'll do

• Serve as a client contact for medical equipment deliveries to nursing facilities and patient homes
• respond to customer needs and complaints
• consult on products and equipment
• collect and organize order documentation
• manage account follow-up and transactions
• coordinate patient services and scheduling
• resolve account issues with relevant departments
• support utilization processes and patient transitions
• coordinate discharges with customer service teams
• respond to emergency needs during business hours and on an on-call basis.
