What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor the on-shift QA Technician
• develop and maintain quality processes
• lead and document quality holds
• maintain QMS records for quality, sanitation, and production
• oversee ingredient and finished-product testing
• support CAPAs
• conduct GMP and facility audits
• respond to documentation requests during scheduled hours
• support SQF and customer requirements
• provide backup QA Technician coverage
• train employees on One Point Lessons, SOPs, and Playbooks.
