What you'll do

• Provide technical direction for load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, and transient stability studies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and analysts.
• Oversee project planning, resource utilization, and quality control processes.
• Support business development through proposal creation and client engagement.
