Building Engineer

Job overview

The Building Engineer role is onsite at assigned locations in the Las Vegas, NV area, and pays $28–$30 per hour. Paragon Services serves customers throughout the Las Vegas area.

What you'll do

• Perform HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• obtain and compare outside-vendor estimates
• handle electrical tasks such as relamping, ballast replacement, and resetting breakers
• repair plumbing fixtures and maintain drains and restrooms
• inspect, maintain, and repair building mechanical systems
• inspect roofs and make minor repairs
• maintain utility and storage rooms
• respond to property-management work orders
• and perform general labor, painting, exterior facade repairs, and general maintenance.

Why this role
