What you'll do

• Supervise hospital support departments and maintain labor goals
• hire, train, and orient support staff
• review performance and address personnel issues
• manage staff schedules and daily operations
• monitor timekeeping and overtime
• develop technical policies and procedures
• oversee budgets, purchasing, facility maintenance, invoices, accounting, and inventory
• support compliance
• assist with pet-owner concerns
• review revenue, labor, and employee issues with leadership.
