What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, and in person
• assist with product selection and technical inquiries
• prepare quotations for mobile power components
• review customer specifications
• process orders in ERP systems
• follow up on quotes and open orders
• coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, service, and accounting
• maintain customer and sales records
• work with manufacturers and vendors
• assist with warranty claims, returns, reports, and inventory recommendations.
