Law Clerk - Part-Time

What you'll do

• Research health plan and third-party administrator compliance issues, including ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, and MHPAEA
• prepare white papers and guidance documents
• prioritize work by risk and importance
• support cross-functional compliance projects
• develop a compliance library
• assist with reviewing and redlining commercial contracts
• document and improve processes, including system integrations and AI efficiencies.
