Global Security Operations Center Operator

Job overview

The Global Security Operations Center Operator works onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. Compensation is $22 per hour. The role supports Sibylline’s security operations and intelligence services for clients, helping manage risk and protect people and assets. The operator monitors and responds to incidents, alarms, notifications, and service calls, documenting communications and using designated security systems. The role evaluates incoming information and follows escalation and dispatch procedures to support timely, appropriate responses.

What you'll do

• Respond to incidents, alarms, notifications, and calls for service
• communicate and document professionally and confidentially
• maintain GSOC procedures
• manage life-safety, alarm, communications, reporting, video management, and access control functions
• investigate alarms
• evaluate information and follow communication and dispatch procedures
• escalate security issues to leadership, law enforcement, or emergency services
• participate in security and safety training, drills, and tabletop exercises.
