What you'll do

• Provide client service in person, by email, and by phone
• answer calls and questions
• respond to emails
• process sales and retail transactions
• maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and studio
• assist instructors with opening and closing duties
• greet and check in clients
• resolve or refer concerns
• sell memberships and class packages
• use the CRM system
• restock inventory as needed.
