What you'll do

• Assist with classroom instruction and hands-on learning
• support recreation, life skills, and community-based learning
• provide individualized assistance and adaptive equipment support
• assist with transitions and personal care as needed
• encourage communication and social interaction
• observe and report changes
• maintain a safe, clean classroom
• implement behavior support strategies
• record attendance and sign-in/out
• participate in training and meetings
• protect student confidentiality.
