What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and brand image
• follow operating procedures and food-safety requirements
• support guest service and food quality
• contribute to sales-growth initiatives
• help identify and train internal candidates
• assist with employee training
• respond to guest questions and concerns and escalate issues as needed
• assist with operational and financial performance analysis
• monitor costs and budget adherence
• comply with labor laws and regulations.
