What you'll do

• Set priorities, measures, and system-health goals
• define detection and automation requirements and success criteria
• translate legal, policy, and technical constraints into workflows, controls, and escalation paths
• identify and address framework gaps
• own escalations, quality assurance, and complex residual cases
• coordinate cross-functional partners
• maintain documentation and operating standards
• monitor regulatory developments
• report performance, risks, and improvement recommendations.
