What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and household chores
• prepare meals
• perform assigned activities taught by a nurse, such as assisting with ostomy appliances, non-sterile dressing reinforcement, mobility devices, range-of-motion exercises, simple self-administered urine tests without interpreting results, special diets, intake and output, vital signs, external catheters, and arm or leg splints.
