What you'll do

• Maintain expenditure records
• send company credit-card payments
• respond to vendor invoices and ensure payments follow company policy and are timely
• resolve payment discrepancies
• prepare and mail customer invoices
• post payments
• organize deposit receipts
• prepare delinquent-account and payment-profile reports
• reconcile cash receipts and deposits
• analyze financial records
• answer phones, enter sales orders and credit-card transactions, process credits, make bank deposits, confirm shipments, and work with Excel and Word.
