Director of Nursing, Adult Inpatient Behavioral Healthcare

What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and develop nursing staff
• coordinate patient care with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams
• oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, documentation, and assessments
• maintain accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance
• manage infection control and patient safety
• oversee Vivitrol education and ordering
• support utilization reviews and admissions assessments
• provide direct patient care when needed
• document assessments and use de-escalation techniques.
