What you'll do

• Administer Genetec Security Center for access control and video
• manage devices, cameras, hardware, integrations, roles, permissions, and user lifecycle
• troubleshoot controllers, readers, cameras, and intercom endpoints
• plan updates, firmware upgrades, and patches with rollback plans and change records
• manage Sipelia intercom systems
• produce event, alarm, access audit, and uptime reports
• oversee third-party plug-ins
• administer key management workflows
• maintain standards, documentation, and runbooks
• coordinate with facilities, security operations, network teams, and vendors.
