What you'll do

• Execute recruitment strategies using marketing and data-driven processes
• build relationships with high school counselors, community college coordinators, students, salons, spas, wellness businesses, employers, veterans’ organizations, workforce agencies, and community partners
• identify partnership opportunities
• counsel prospective students on admissions, requirements, and programs
• collaborate with Admissions and Financial Aid
• organize outreach programs and events
• attend on-campus recruitment events and community events
• assist with social media content and market-specific promotion.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree and experience in recruitment, counseling, admissions, or community relations are preferred. Local event travel and out-of-state training may be required.
