Lead Installer

Job overview

The Lead Installer role is onsite in Midlothian, VA, and includes travel to project sites. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour. The lead installer coordinates and performs casework installation work, checks site readiness and installation quality, coordinates with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and project managers, and manages a crew of 1–3 installers. The role helps complete projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Visit construction sites and document readiness for casework installation
• coordinate site access, storage, schedules, phasing, hoisting, and jobsite rules
• attend progress meetings
• inspect installation quality and enforce standards
• schedule installation subcontractors with project management
• enforce safety and cleanup
• coordinate material deliveries
• take field dimensions
• install product lines
• develop punchlists
• update project managers
• manage a 1–3-person crew.
