The assistant works directly with the Director of Compliance to review files, monitor certifications, identify deficiencies, and support corrective actions. The role also helps improve compliance accuracy and efficiency through property-management technology, AI, and automation.

What you'll do

• Support compliance across affordable housing properties
• review resident files and certifications
• monitor annual and interim recertifications, income calculations, assets, deductions, and eligibility
• assist with regulatory reviews and audits
• support site teams with corrective actions
• use RealPage and AI or automation tools to improve file review, reporting, workflow, training, and portfolio oversight.
