What you'll do

• Manage commercial bids from invitation through award
• interpret plans and specifications, perform takeoffs, build estimates, and submit bid packages. Solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing, track proposals, negotiate scope and contracts, and maintain a business-development pipeline. Build relationships with contractors, property managers, owners, and other market partners
• sell and renew preventative maintenance agreements. Coordinate project handoffs, submittals, permits, equipment orders, schedules, and change orders
• report pipeline, revenue, margin, and retention results.
