What you'll do

• Support customers through system application specification, estimating, quote preparation, order review, and post-sale support
• recommend product solutions
• answer technical application, pricing, delivery, and capability questions
• select systems for customer applications
• estimate margin dollars
• troubleshoot equipment and oversee installation
• coordinate projects with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and vendors
• maintain records
• address complaints and warranty issues.
