What you'll do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care in person and virtually
• use interviews and screenings to assess, diagnose, and plan care
• collaborate with patients to communicate clinical impressions and assess strengths, barriers, and psychosocial needs
• coordinate with community partners and emergency medical or psychiatric providers when patient safety requires a higher level of care
• document in the electronic health record
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation 1–2 times a year.
